Terms of Services
We keep things simple — here's what we both agree to:
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and supporting documents.
SimpleLane provides bookkeeping services based on information supplied by the client. We do not independently audit, verify, or validate the accuracy of client-provided information.
Financial reports and records are prepared solely from information and documents received from the client.
SimpleLane does not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice unless separately agreed in writing.
Clients remain responsible for all business decisions, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Service fees, subscription terms, and cancellation policies will be communicated separately when services are engaged.
SimpleLane may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to submit bank statements by the agreed date may delay report delivery.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing month.
